How do I get my now tv channel a to work from the we tv guide - can access them via the app but when I try to watch via the tv guide I get the message “ you need to set up or add it to your TV package “

We can see you've purchased Entertainment package with us which include NOW entertainment membership, so you will be able to watch the NOW entertainment & kids channels in SD via the TV guide. Please could you check if you are able to view/play the NOW entertainment and Kids channel and feedback? Please visit the EE TV Guide at https://www.bt.com/help/tv/guide to know the channel number or LCN
