Hi
My EE router works fine except for connecting Netflix through EE box.
I receive a connection error notice NW-1-19. Netflix advice is turn everything off and on again.
I see posts related to this but really have the technical knowledge to change IPv6 and 4 settings?
If anyone can help please?

yes the error message says no connection but all other services are working on the connection for EE box, just not Netflix which is pretty odd

@JB2791 it looks like you called us yesterday, and this issue is now sorted. Are you able to comment on how it was fixed, to help out anyone else who experiences this in future?
