Having real problems watching GB News…
all the other apps work fine, Netflix, Prime, I don’t have an issue with any of them, except GB News, after about 10 minutes it freezes and the only way to sort the problem out is to exit out of the app and then start it again, it doesn’t seem to be buffering as it never sorts itself out, it always requires my intervention to exit out and start again.
I’m not interested in any other news channel so that’s not a solution, anyone know how this can be fixed?

I am fed up. I have lost count with the number of times I've rung 150 (EE) and got different replies. First of all I can't understand why GBNews is not on the Freeview programme guide like Virgin. I've had two boosters, an all singing all dancing super booster and now I've paid more to get faster broadband. Has it made any difference - NO it has not. So I am paying more for a service that doesn't tick all the boxes. The fact that you can only record two programmes at a time is annoying as most of them are around 8-10pm.

Are you in a position to use Aerial Mode? If you have a Box Pro there, Aerial Mode will solve the GB News problem by letting you watch the live channel, and will also let you record four programmes at once, not just two:-

Channel 236 on Freeview, available in Aerial Mode, but not in IP Mode.
Have you got an aerial cable you can plug in that socket, see if there’s anything there?
Try it on the TV first, retune it, see if you can get it there, and if so, maybe then try it on the Box Pro. You will need to Factory Reset it to move it from IP mode to Aerial Mode, and then tune it, but that should get you live GB News on the EETV box.

I haven't got an aerial and no socket as I had Virginmedia.

Yes, but have you tried it? Unless you are living in house you bought from brand new, then it’s quite likely that a previous owner will have had an aerial. Or if you are living in a flat or an apartment, it was likely cabled for TV from the outset.
Curry’s hammer it, but you can get a cable to try from Screwfix for £2.99

The Aerial connection on the TV will be on the back, and may be called Aerial In, Antenna In, or RF In. It’s never Out.
It’s pretty distinctive, and likely to the the only round one there.
A double aerial socket on the wall is likely one connection for TV and one for FM radio - it may be written on the plate if you look closely - or it may be that the aerial cable wouldn’t fit in the FM connection anyway; but if not, try both, see which gives the best results.

Aerial lead, not aerial, I hope 😛
Good luck!
