Hi,
Wondering if somebody can help me.
I think I am being charged for Full Works package, but also a Now Sports rolling membership on top of that, even though Now Sports is included in Full Works package.
My bill has come out much more than expected after I had switched from BT to EE, and looking at my itemised bill I believe this mistake could be the cuplrit?
Any help is appreciated,

Apologies @peter_tweeter - I can confirm that your account has been overcharged. Your automatic order failed, so someone manually processed it and ticked the wrong box.
I've corrected it now, and will get a refund for the overcharge applied to your next bill if that's OK?
I see that you've also had a Hayu subscription added to your account, but don't see it on your original order - can you please let me know if this was intentional? If not, I'll get that removed and refunded too.

Thank you very much for the quick reply.
HayU sub is intentional so that one can remain but would appreciate refund for Now Sports double sub.
