Hi @Babs01884
They can look very realistic.
If you can make sure you change any passwords for any accounts related to your email address.
You can find details on changing your My EE password on our How do I change my password for My EE Help page?
You can find some useful tips on staying safe online in Spam and phishing - How to stay safe and report it.
Thanks.
Leanne.

Hi, I have also just received this text message scan. Unfortunately I did click on link and typed in my name and address plus password. It didnt seem to submit, but I am still worried.🙁.

Hi @Tibbo.
If it did not submit you should be OK.
If you are still worried and if you use this password for other things I would recommend changing it.
Katie 🙂
