Hi @Babs01884

They can look very realistic.

If you can make sure you change any passwords for any accounts related to your email address.

You can find details on changing your My EE password on our How do I change my password for My EE Help page?

You can find some useful tips on staying safe online in Spam and phishing - How to stay safe and report it.

Thanks.

Leanne.

God! There must be loads of accounts. Do you mean like all my utilities, bank etc

Anywhere where you happen to use the same pwd.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi @Babs01884

If you use the same combination to be safe, I would advise changing them.

Leanne.

I had the same thing this morning, and what alerted me was the phone number as usually EEs number is 150

Hi @Tibbo

If it did not submit you should be OK.

If you are still worried and if you use this password for other things I would recommend changing it.

Katie 🙂
