Just had a text saying unable to process my bill I’m assuming it’s a scam As bill already been taken!!! Not clicking on that link

Images may be rejected if they contain personal information like mobile numbers and/or email addresses.
I'd recommend having a look at our online safety support article.
Marking this type of email as spam will report it.

You did upload it successfully but it was waiting to be approved,which I did. But you've now removed it. Post it again but wait for it to appear.

Hi @Whiro,
If you receive spam emails, you should mark them as spam in your inbox. This will alert your email provider and will usually block the sender from contacting you in future.
If you receive a message claiming to be from EE and you're not 100 % sure it's genuine, please send it to phishing@ee.co.uk for email or 7726 for texts.
