Not everyone uses a mobile. What happened to customer service????

@mccombe.. At the top of this page there is a 'Contact EE tab'.  What makes you think a mobile is always required?

I am living  in Canada, my EE tel. number is in the UK, xxxxxxxxxx

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. 

1 - I am trying to renew my account. 

2 - I have updated my email, xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.  However the previous continues to show in various parts of my account. ??

3 - I cannot find an international landline contact that is not a mobile number. 

4 - I need to talk to someone, not a robot
