I have been trying to add my Xbox gamepass for the last 5 weeks and keep getting errors messages, tried on different devices but all show the same.
I've spoken to EE multiple times over the phone and via chat but just keep getting told to 'keep trying to activate it'. When is this going to be fixed?

Is it your mobile contract that you got your Game Pass with, or another product/service?

No I have 6 months free game pass with my broadband service which i've recently taken out
