I just received this email, but the sending email address does NOT appear to be a valid EE email address? Has anyone seen this? Is this a scam or real?

Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine EE telephone number and not a SCAM? If it is from EE, why are you using a mobile number to call customers? Surely all your calls should come from 150?
