I've only just initiated the switch to EE, and before I've even received my SIM card I got this text message.
I opened it during an incredibly busy work day, couldn't respond and totally forgot about it. I initially thought it was spam but now I'm worried my SIM has gone astray. I don't know how anything/anyone could change my address without sending me a text as I've just received a code to sign into this.
Please advise, would be hugely grateful. 150 doesn't work for me yet as my sim is still another company, the only thing I have is an order number which isn't showing anything.
Thank you!

Thanks Katie!
All sorted, nothing unusual on the account and address is correct, so maybe just spam.
Did worry me there for a minute so thank you for the phone number.

There was a known issue , I got the same and the system reverted me back to my previous address.
Messaged and got this reply from the team Twitter today:
"Cheers for that Gareth, yeah that's what we have showing for you here now. Having had a look into this further it appears there was an issue as my colleague advised but we have had our support teams investigate that and they've managed to pinpoint and correct the cause on our systems here. I am really sorry again for what's happened with that and any inconvenience caused, but we should have that all resolved going forward. -Graham"
