Diffrent ip

How can my mobile device have 2 diffrent locations on my ip one in birmingham and one in hereford when i live in merseyside and can ee do anything to stop these

Resolved! Think someone is frauding my number

I think someone is frauding my number. my mum had a text from number stating that I lost my phone and I’m in trouble with the bank and need up to £3000this is really not the case and the first I have heard of it.
