if anyone had received a text message from EE saying something about a fault/error on their end and it mentions something about contracts & pre-contract...do not worry it is NOT a scam i talked to someone for what seemed an hour about this and they confirmed that the text message isn`t a scam it was a genuine fault on their end and you had the option to either
1. Cancel all lines free of charge
or
2. Upgrade ALL of your lines free of charge
At the end of the day it was your choice so i personally chosen the Upgrade Path..

I would definitely recommend confirming with our Mobile Care team if they get a similar message.
