Full Fibre Broadband help

First time poster, new EE customer

Evening all. Changed my SKY broadband to EE Essentials Full Fibre Gigabit. Bought it, Open Reach Engineer installed it and away we went no problems until the middle of last week. Got this package because we are all gamers and stream movies and tv shows via Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ and many more. SKY wasnt just doing it for us, when we became customers of them they didnt care anymore. So EE came to the house and we got the package we wanted. 69mbs from SKY to EE 800mbs which is a massive difference for us being in the sticks.

Here comes the problem.  We are getting 700mbs on average but now while we watch things or play videos games like Fortnite and such the connection seems to freeze ( we get a symbol with Wifi and red on it) im not massively tech savey) . Never had this problem before and now its becoming annoying. I have restarted the EE hub and restarted the Open Reach box on the wall too but still having the same issue. We have many devices connected to the hub but only 5 or 6 that are connected all the time. Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance

It's preferable & more reliable to connect your devices by Ethernet if you can rather than WiFi.
