SCAMMERS

There seems to be alot of Scammers out there saying they are EE, or other mobile companies.  Isnt it about time there was a dedicated hot line or email address  that we could report these numbers if they are claiming to be EE.  I have tried to report numbers quite a few times but have given up because I just want to talk to someone NOT a robot. Press 1 press 1 press 2 press 5 I am sorry there is no one to help you etc.  With so much technology out there surely it is about time Mobile customers HELPED their customers who are being bombarded with Scammers claiming to be them
