how do you contact customer services? i'm not with EE but a direct debit from them has appeared on my bank account. what do i do apart from cancelling it?

The cyber security addon with scam guard won’t work it won’t get past the code that gets sent to your phone step annoying the website has always been rubbish they need to get someone who knows how to to run a website it’s so frustrating
