Hi there @Kjm1964

I am sorry you have had this happen with your bank and you have received the SIM cards to your address.

Could anyone else in the house have ordered the pay as you go SIM cards?

Have you received any emails for an order that has been placed?

Please let us know how you get on.

Leanne.

No one else in my home, ordered three pay as you go SIM cards, also first name’s no connection: Sid, Hob and just letter  I and the surname was spell with first letter incorrectly.

Surely EE should KYC check names and address's are valid.

Reported to EE and they are kindly investigating, also logged with Action Fraud.
