Hi all

Please note, that this is 100% a scam. Please don't click any links, or share your bank details.

We do have something on our Help pages for this.

Please check it out at https://ee.co.uk/help/cyber-security/getting-started/ee-points-program-scam.

Thanks

Unfortunately people that do these scams are persistent and will continue to try over and over to try and catch people off guard and no doubt you can bet they forward/sell the numbers they have tried on to others to try yet another scam. So the best option for people that receive these scam messages or emails is taken your time and read them and if there is any doubt contact the companies they claim to be from unfortunately nowadays you just can't click a link unless your one hundred percent sure.

The same goes with phone scams if your unsure it's always best to hang up and ring the company directly it's not rude we are just protecting ourselves.

Anyway thanks for letting us all know.
