I had a suspicious call today and subsequent emails so contacted ee via 150 and received a code to connect to chat. Person on chat unhelpful and also sent me a suspicious email address to forward emails onto. Have changed password on account but now cannot get through to chat as it tells me it’s unavailable. All options for phone call take me to something not related to what I want.
