I had a call from 020 3971 7669 telling me my O2 SIM card will no longer work in 4-5 days. I am now with EE, but was with O2 for many years. I asked them when O2 emailed me about this (knowing I am no longer an O2 customer) and they told me they would be emailing to confirm etc...which wasn't my question.
Anyway, they hung up on me, after they realised I was onto them
