Hi, I'm stuck on the SMS Security setup in the EE Cyber Security app (iOS).
Despite enabling "Filter Unknown Senders" and selecting ‘EE Cyber Security’ in my iPhone Settings, the app won't show as "Protected." When I go to the setup screen in the app, there is no "Next" or "Finish" button to complete the process - just a list of instructions.
I have already tried:
• Reinstalling the app & restarting my phone.
• Toggling the iOS message filtering off/on.
• The "Filters" folder is appearing in my Messages app, so it’s working, but the EE Cyber Security app won't recognise it.
How do I get the app to show the green tick?

It sounds like you've already tried the steps we'd usually recommend here. I recommend speaking with our technical support team, so that they can run through some tests with you from our side.
