Today I was called from someone with a South Asian accent claiming to be from ee offering me a discount on my monthly bill. They said that for verification they wanted me to confirm my email address. I was then sent a Resetting Your Password code from ee and they asked me for the one-time security code.
This immediately rang alarm bells, and I queried why they swent me a 'Your changing your password' email. I mentioned the fraud warning on the email and they immediately rang off. I then went to the ee website and for safety's sake changed my password via the website. The number they called from was 07359341580. Be alert.

It's probably a scam as the call came from a mobile no. & not a landline that EE usually uses.
