I can't get my data to work at all on some app. I literally switched to the network for using faster data on gaming apps and socials. But if I can't do that I'm gonna have to cancel my contract. This is actually a joke cos nobody said anything about a lock to me beforehand. I would really appreciate if someone could help. Mobile legends, other games and some socials don't work. There's no error it just doesn't load on data. Also, I have tried making it strict or turning it off, waiting and even restarting my device but absolutely nothing.

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.
It should now work.
