Where is my order?

I am sad to say that I STILL haven't received my phone that I ordered online over a week ago. 

I followed the e community directions and called 150 on Friday who checked out my order and assured me that it would be delivered yesterday.

It has not arrived!

Checking my order status online today it says order confirmed, the same status as it has been for the last week.

Please can someone tell me what is happening with my order, why it's been delayed and when I can expect it to arrive?

I have been waiting for my new phone for over a week. Was told it will be delivered between the 1st-4th July took a week off work to be here when it is delivered. But still waiting not happy with the lack off response to when phone will arrive.
