New account. Sent 4G router with SIM card to work instead of broadband. Needs activating to work but no instructions!

Hi @Diana54.

If it's a new line you should just need to put the SIM card into the device and it will activate within 24 hours.

If you're having trouble I'd recommend calling our Customer Care team.
