help needed to activate simcard

 I have been sent a new sim card but it will not work.

Was sent out with the new phone assumed I had to use that one rather than transfer the old one over as was sent a PIN and PAC code with it

Hi @KLM79,

You only need to use the new SIM if the old one doesn't fit your new phone. Have you tried putting the old SIM in your new phone?

Hi, 

I got a new sim in store today after I lost my phone however the online portal only gives me the below option

You'll need your device with your old SIM or eSIM in it to receive the PIN

I so have a PIN and PUK on the sheet with a replacement sim but i cant find the correct portal to activate

You would need to call us to activate the SIM if you don't have the old SIM card, you can call us on 0800 079 8586.
