I upgraded my phone and the phone and sim arrived yesterday.
It's almost been 24hrs and still can't make or receive calls. Top left of the screen says emergency calls only - EE.
Please can someone look into this issue

Welcome to the community.
Are you still using your old SIM card or have you put the new one in? You can keep using your old one.

I have inserted my new SIM into my new phone and both old and new phone now say say no service, cant call EE for help and cannot be contacted, cannot get into email or whatsapp as they both need to send me a text to activate which I cant receive...
