Sim card

I have recieved a new sim card and put it in my phone. 

Did not realise that old sim was needed to activate this. 

Old sim car dcame out quite quick when taking out and is now lost. How do i activate this

If you no longer have the old SIM card to receive the PIN needed to register the new SIM online, you would need to get in touch with our mobile guides. The guide will get the SIM registered with the same number for you 🙂
