Phone number

Hello, I transferred my phone number over to a different phone and then realised that phone wasn’t working properly so then swapped my SIM card back to my original phone, however I didn’t transfer my number back to my original phone when swapping back and now my number is stuck on the different phone but we’ve wiped it before we knew, what can I do to get my number back on my original phone?

contradicts itself.

Your mobile phone just follows the SIM.

So basically I transferred everything to my boyfriend’s old phone as I was going to have it. It said I need to transfer my number so I did and everything was on his phone but the WiFi wouldn’t work so I swapped back to the phone I was originally using, however because I didn’t press transfer number to this specific phone it hasn’t come back to my phone, I have my SIM card in but it’s saying no sim and that I have no phone number

What did you actually physically do to achieve that?

Hi @Neve7

Did you move your physical SIM over to the other phone, or were you activating an eSIM on that phone?
