Just joined EE

Hi there, I have just switched to EE.  Popped my Sim in last night, and gave my PAC code when I ordered the new sim.  My old number isn't working, have I done something wrong?

Changing to EE

Hi,changed to EE and put my pac code in when I joined. Now I’ve got my phone is there anything I need to do or will my old number swap over in a few days? 

Can I cancel a port request?

Hi all  I started a port request yesterday, and wondering now can I cancel it, and just keep the number that came with my phone?  Thanks    

Sim not verifying

Anyone having a problem with sim verification. The sim is active and working but when I try to verify it I don’t receive a text message and therefore can’t log it with we.

SIM had been disabled

For no apparent reason I can only make emergency calls from my phone and am disconnected from the network. Anyone know why ,?
