Ive just put my new sim in and I’m trying to port my number but when going onto the transferring number page to enter my pac code I just keep getting a error message saying there are technical issues at this time, is anyone else having this probelm? ...

Hello,I am trying to add a virtual SIM card to my phone but I can’t seem to find the option “Add eSim” under my mobile date options. How can I have it unblocked. thanks 

PUK code not being accepted on web site

I'm moving across to EE, have correct PUK code, but the web site keep rejecting.  says wrong length, but is correct - can anyone help??

Activating a new sim card

My son lost his Sim card so I ordered a new one from EE. To activate it I am told EE says it sends a six digit pin, however he has not received a text. I'm not sure what the problem is, and whether it's to do with his phone. ThanksJane
