Porting

Transferred 3 numbers from bt over a month ago paid 2 bills ported numbers over then ee decided to disconnect one number on Christmas with no notice so phoned them and they said a porting issue but department not available till Tuesday strange??

Just joined EE

Hi there, I have just switched to EE.  Popped my Sim in last night, and gave my PAC code when I ordered the new sim.  My old number isn't working, have I done something wrong?
