My  old.number hasnt transfered over from o2 and wont accept my pac code

When did you receive the EE SIM card?

I'm having the same problem, i submitted the PAC Code and received my new SIM and device 4 days ago.

Also the Galaxy Buds2 that should have been with my order have not been delivered, is there usually a delay?
