eSIM on a new phone

Hello. I recently purchased a new iPhone and having troubles transferring my eSIM from old to the new phone. Accidentally I also deleted the eSIM from the old phone so I don’t have access to my phone number currently. Moreover, I am not in the UK currently due to business and I’m only coming back in a couple of months. Since I am in a different continent at the moment, I am not able to call or go to a EE store. Is there a way for me to get in contact through email?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @emavrbanovic

Your SIM needs to be activated in the UK. Your esim will need to be posted to your UK address.

In essence your problem cannot be solved until you are back in the UK.

Thanks
