Hi all,
I recently got a replacement sim as my old one got stolen, but it does not allow me to receive calls I can only make calls.
I have an iPhone 8 and I have waited 24 hours but it still does not work. I also tried reseting my network settings multiple times but it did not work. I also tested the sim in another phone and it still only let me make calls and not receive them.
Please could someone let me know what else I should try.
It's worth noting I ordered a new sim 3 separate times and I didn't receive any of them( I also didn't't receive any emails confirming my orders), so I'm wondering if that could perhaps be the reason why my sim doesn't work correctly.

Hello @nerim.
Welcome to the community.
Have you activated your SIM?
Did you report your old SIM as stolen? if yes, there could potentially be a suspension on your account which will require our customer care team on 150 to remove.
Speak soon,
Katie

Hello @Katie_B Thank you for your reply.
Yes I did report it as stolen. What would I have to message to 150 to get it unsuspended if it is suspended?

It would be interesting to know what happens when someone tries calling you. If those incoming calls are reaching your voicemail, you should also try removing all diverts via your phone's menu system.
If that fails to resolve, you should contact CS on either 150 or 0800 0798586 who have access to your individual account and can advise further.
