my phone is one of several on my family phone account. However my daughters phone now says no SIM and cannot not receive any calls. what should I do

Does your daughters SIM connect to the network if you put it in your phone?

Hi James , she tells me she has tried and it does not connect to the network. Sounds like SIM is not working . Does she need a new SIM and will she keep her number ?

Yes, if it isn't working in a different phone, it points to a SIM or account issue.
Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can take a look at your account and order a replacement SIM if necessary.
