I bought a new EE line on Thursday and since then my old number hasn't been ported as promised. And the store numbers are not being picked. What do I do?

PAC

I activated my SIM card yesterday and am still waiting for my old number to be applied. I understood this would take 24 hours. Should I continue to wait or is this likely to require some kind of action on my part? Thank.
