Not working

I purchased a SIM card in London and am now in Paris.  It hasn’t worked since I purchased it.  How do I activate it?

@Jfraser1   Did you activate and use that sim in the UK first?   If you didn’t you can not activate it when connected to a roaming network you have to activate it in the UK first. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
