I have ordered online twice as I did not receive the one I order the first time. Now it has been almost a week but I still have not received the second order.

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive, they will be posted to your address by Royal Mail. If this has been over the 5 working days, please call us on 0800 079 8586 and the team can get this looked into for you.
