Esim setup issues samsung galaxy 3

I tried to purchase an esim yesterday.  Did all the correct things along side a tech guru yesterday but couldn't get a plan set up.  I got error code 213. I was told that it's an issue on ee's side that won't let a setting happen to set up the account.  Was told that this is an ongoing issue that's been happening over weeks.  Just wondering if it will actually be fixed! ?

@Kerrymcm   Are you a contract customer of EE? ?     Can you please explain what a Samsung galaxy 3 is.

I am an ee customer for my mobile and I need an esim for my Samsung galaxy s3 smartwatch

Yes, what was told by ee was that it is  An issue with ee not being able to add some sort of setting on my account which is said to be a "known issue that's been on going for weeks now". I was told to wait and it would be fixed.
