I ordered a new sim last week Monday and I still don't have a replacement, so I ordered another one and still nothing.. Can't live chat or call anyone because well.. I have no sim.. any ideas what to do I'm in desperate need

Keeping same number

I’ve been with EE for a number of years and have just upgraded my phone. My new phone has come with a new SIM card but I would like to keep my existing number that I already have with EE. Is this possible?

Sim not working

Got a sim card today put in phone .tried to activate with barcode keeps saying its wrong . Can not receive or call .sent text for advisor to call but it says that I did not answer but phone never rang.what do I do .I really need my phone for work
