Been with BT for years....phone/Broadband/Sim Only...three months ago noticed Data Charges so phoned and the guy said he would make it unlimited by invoking a complaint...a few days ago I saw charges were still being levied.called BT and got £72 refunded. Transfer to EE with higher Data limit was offerred but Credit Check failed!!!.I checked Experian and my score was 941 out of a 1000 so called EE and applied but credit check again failed...I suugested check cd be bypassed and she got this authorised so after a bit of a rigmarole it all went through with 100 Gig.limit.The lady was very helpful so Sim is on its way...As they say' if it first you dont succeed try try again'.
