New Sim activation

New sim

Hi, I've opted for a new contract and received the sim. I went through the online sim activation process last afternoon, however the sim has yet to be activated. Can someone please advice? TIA

Sim

I have been sent a new Sim but I’m not sure why, I didn’t request it. It tells me to activate it but when I go to the website I don’t see a heading for this
