Have inputted a Free SIM card (French network) in my old device. It’s telling me the SIM card is not supported, and that the current network provider (EE) needs to unlock the device. Please could someone help?

Hi @familyhogan66 ,

Firstly, obtain the device's IMEI by typing *#06# into your device's keypad.
You may need to press the call button after doing so.

You can type your device's IMEI number into this page to unlock your device.

See this help article for more information.

Thanks,
Alex

You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.
