I have payg phone,where I top up as required..not a bundle/no my ee account.I use phone only occasionally…I intend to buy a new phone,..how do I get my number and payg arrangement onto a new phone?Do I request a new sim?…and then what do I do?

I have just upgraded to an iPhone 14 from an iPhone 11. In the delivery is a new SIM card. Will my old SIM card not work or does the new SIM work better with 5G?I've had my old SIM for a number of years, at least 4 years I'd suggest.Thanks
