Cant make any phone calls since transferring number to ee

Whenever I try to make a call it says incorrect number. My old sim stopped working at 730am today. I can't send or receive texts and I can't ring ee support because I can't make calls and their online chat feature is not working. I keep restarting my phone but nothing happens.

@Natho49  It takes up to 24 hours for a number to migrate from a different network.  Your other network sim has to lose network connection first in order for this migration.  EE should be text you when the migration is completed and then you should be restarting the device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's been 24 hours but still nothing. On my online account the number has updated but my phone still won't let me access mobile data, texts or calls

It should have gone through by now. Now that the timescale has elapsed, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

I can't talk to the customer care team because the online chat feature is r working and I can't make any calls so can't call them.

What's happening with the chat service, @Natho49?

I've had a check and the 'start conversation' button seems to be there on the get in touch help page. Could you try it on a different device or browser please?

I have tried it on my phone and on my laptop and it says it's currently unavailable.

I can see that you've gone down the technical support route, @Natho49 

If you follow the option for account/billing queries, someone will be able to check the account for you.
