Welcome to the community.
Have you tried removing and re-inserting the SIM card? Restarting the phone can sometimes bring service back too.

WHERE IS MY SIM CARD?
My simcard isn't working so I cannot call - no live chat option... RIDICULOUS!
I ordered a simcard 7 days ago. It said posted within 2 working days - day 8 and i'm still waiting for this!!!!

Yes - it did nothing. Ordered a new sim card 8 days ago... Said it would be sent within 2 working days.
day 8 - still waiting... Horrendous.
No live chat option and obviously cannot call as the simcard does not work
LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR EE CUSTOMERS!!!!

I am sorry to hear the SIM card has not arrived, if you pop into an EE Store with photo ID they can provide a replacement SIM card for you.
Or, if this is not an option please contact us using the message us option here.
