I bought a new phone/sim contract in shop and transferred my old number with my PAC code. However, after waiting a couple of days it did not transfer. I managed to call and they said my old number is now active on my account, but this is not the case. Calling 150 to help with a number swap isn’t working as my sim cannot receive or send texts, as I can only imagine the temporary number is no longer working.
I cannot reach anyone in person and I desperately need my old number for work and email 2FA access. Could somebody please help?

or ring from another phone.
