Request to Transfer Number to EE Using PAC Code

I’m trying to transfer my old number to EE using a PAC code, but the online form keeps showing an error even though the numbers are entered correctly.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
