Phone number not migrated

Yesterday I got contract with EE and wanted to keep my old phone number so I gave my PAC code. I was told the number would migrate in 1 working day, however it’s been over 24 hours and I can’t send messages my 5g data is not working, I can’t be called or receive messages. I don’t know what the problem is PLEASE help

May I add I also can’t make calls myself.

yesterday when I first inserted my SIM card it was working perfectly 

but right now it’s like the whole sim is locked.

Does your phone reconnect to the network if you turn it off then on again?

No, I can’t connect to my 5G internet or make phone calls. People can’t call me either. I have had this problem since yesterday
