Not active my ee sim

Before i use lebara sim nd then after i transfer to ee to same number. I was by my ee sim yesterday but its 24 hours complete nd then my sim is not active nd i can't get the pin .so please help me

When did you transfer your number? Transfers do not happen over the weekend and therefore unless it's activated today it will be next week.
